For all verified accounts, withdrawals will take no longer than 48 hours. The exact processing time is dependent on some security checks I can't detail here in order to keep them effective, but 48 hours is the max - the majority will be instant.

I'm concerned that this was not communicated properly and you were left wondering as to the status of your account. I'll discuss this with the CS team with a view to improving communications.

I registered to Adjarabet, deposited, money left my Skrill account but has never showed up in my player/base account. It's been 36 hours already. I've never seen this on any poker site ever. Plz advice ty

Also, software is incredibly bad. I keep getting logged out on the website a bunch for no apparent reason and nothing really works very smoothly, but I'm willing to let that pass for now if I can get the money that's been on limbo for 1½ days already.

Variatsioon, something definitely went wrong if you were waiting two weeks. It must be something technical as we would never hold a withdrawal that long for processing.

I see you have your cashout now but I'll find out what happened so the issue doesn't repeat.

I'll answer this one in the thread because you raised it here. You had this issue because you made an unusually large deposit on a newly registered account, with a few other high risk flags in place, so it was manually pulled for a fraud check. What in theory happens next is you receive an email requesting your ID - it looks like that didn't happen though, and I'm equally as unhappy that it didn't. Your deposit has now been credited, apologies for the difficulties you experienced.

I'd suggest sending ID to help@adjarabet.com to get your account verified, that way you should have a smooth deposit and withdrawal process.

With regards to the software, I can't argue that it doesn't have its limitations. This is in the hands of our suppliers to some extent, but we're pushing strongly both for bug fixes and for some new features, which I hope to see in the coming months.

Money confirmed shows up, thx for setting it up.

Did not recieve an email asking for ID at any point, money not showing up for days after depositing with no e-mail of any kind @ my mailbox feels a bit sketchy, I'd recommend informing your customers better about that kinda stuff in the future.

A few suggestions/questions:

-Is there a way to prevent you from getting kicked off your own tables after 5-10 minutes?? Incredibly annoying

-There's a reload bug, whenever Im sitting and my stack gets down to say 50bb's on some tables I can't reload it anymore. When I push "Buy chips" it says you don't have enough credits when I clearly do. This is probably the most frustrating thing so far.

-Is there any way to disable the software asking if I want to show my cards to the other player after every single hand? Pretty annoying. An auto-muck option would be great.

Are you sure this isn't a latency issue? We do have a problem along these lines, but the timer is 15-20 minutes depending on table type. The client runs a bad script at the moment to eject sit-outs - bad because it also removes players at empty tables waiting for opponents. It's in the list with our supplier to fix.

Unfortunately no. We do have auto-show in the table settings but not auto-muck. I won't pretend to understand the logic behind that one. Auto-muck is also in the list.

Well, it has happened to me every single session. After 5-15 minutes I get kicked off my own HU tables and have to rejoin them. I understand it's a security measure but I think having it for tables with only 1 player sitting and with such a short timer seems a bit odd.

min buy in is 20bb and if some shortstackers win some money they just stand up and sit in with 20bb stack again. this makes average stack small and rake high. and you dont offer rakeback..

dont worry its Georgian language. it mean they talk about skype. some1 want to add him in skype. im georgian and i play there regulary. there is too much bugs and many other *****y things, but the owner of the company doesn't care about it. he want just rake.. no bonus no rake back. nothing good for regulars or for begginers players. but Georgian still play there cos they dont have alternate room for easy deposit or cashout they prefer design avatars or voice of chips.. we hate credit cards and everything hard. (not me) just 90% of georgians who play there. that why there is many fish like a in ocean.

I've got the following issue; yesterday I deposited Gel 50 using Skrill. Today my account was succesfully verified by you and I want to make a cashout of Gel 500. I get the notification that my deposit was too small?

What's that all about? Are you holding my money hostage or something?

Not amused here.... please clarify this policy to me and everybody else for that matter....

there was some very very very obvious cheating at the tables.
most sites would block the users and return money to victims. some sites allow cheating.
how does AdjaraBet handle these kind of situation?

this might be more serious than I thought.
cheaters might see opponent hole cards and board cards. like in absolute cheating scandal.
example hand:
big blind 10 GEL, my stack 460, hand AK.
cheater 1 limps, cheater 2 limps, I raise it to 180, both calls.
AI flop, both calls.
cheater 2 has J9o and makes a nut straight at river but check behind. (wont value bet nuts)

they are obviously cheating so theres 2 variants:
1) they are so dumb cheaters that they limp/call half stack with J9o
2) they know the board cards and they are cheating in very obvious way.
(if its the last one and one of the adjarabet security specialist is earning some extra cash then we should quickly cash out our funds)

there at least 6 account of them. and they chip dumb in very obvious way:
both limp. first player AI in flop over 100bb with 2pair, other calls with absolute air. etc.


and of course adjarbet wont reply to emails.
