I'll answer this one in the thread because you raised it here. You had this issue because you made an unusually large deposit on a newly registered account, with a few other high risk flags in place, so it was manually pulled for a fraud check. What in theory happens next is you receive an email requesting your ID - it looks like that didn't happen though, and I'm equally as unhappy that it didn't. Your deposit has now been credited, apologies for the difficulties you experienced.
I'd suggest sending ID to
help@adjarabet.com to get your account verified, that way you should have a smooth deposit and withdrawal process.
With regards to the software, I can't argue that it doesn't have its limitations. This is in the hands of our suppliers to some extent, but we're pushing strongly both for bug fixes and for some new features, which I hope to see in the coming months.
