Don't know what the errors are, also the mobile number field is truncating all numbers after the 10th digit, and my complete number with ISD code is 13 digits(India), For the ID document number, I am entering my passport number starting with a alphabet.
I've had a few PMs on this also so I'll try to cover all registration issues here.
Firstly, apologies for the difficulties some of you have experienced. We're aware of the problems listed here and the dev team have been working to rectify them all week. We have a redesigned registration form in testing now, and assuming that tests okay it will be deployed tomorrow.
In the meantime, the form should work for the majority of users, but it does have some pretty big usability holes to overcome to get to that point.
With regards to phone and passport numbers, there is a 20 character limit and alphanumeric entries are okay for passports. In the case of both though, you must select your country from the drop down before entering, and you must leave the pre-filled + symbol where it is. Without the + symbol we check for Georgian number formats.
On the last page where we ask if you over 18 / 21, should those checkboxes be left empty the account will still create, but will be locked. Assuming you are over 18 / 21, be sure to check these - and if you're not, please don't register in the first place
The first page of the registration form checks that the username you have entered is available, and highlights red if it is not. In the vast majority of cases that works, but we have identified an issue with that field querying an incomplete username repository. If you're unlucky enough to choose a username that does not exist in that list we initially check, but has been registered, you will receive a 'user already exists' error on completion of the form. If that happens and everything else has been completed successfully, you can restart the registration process and try a different username as no account will have been created.
All of this will be fixed in the new registration form this week - thanks for the patience in the meantime.
