A bit of a generalization, but you already seem way more competent and professional than for example Bwin.Party´s poker management. Obviously I don´t know your background and the history of the room and it most likely is a over-generalization and simplification but all sorts of poker related PR ****-ups have been quite the common thing lately and the responses here are a really nice surprise. So I hope that it does not sound too off.

Also the overall short history of the room would be interesting.

Thanks for the reply on the previous questions as well.
Sure. On the subject of me, I was a grinder for 6 years before I got a job in the industry. I loved that initially, but the games got tougher over time and my winrate declined year on year. I think you need a strong drive / passion to keep improving, and I didn't have that anymore. So around 2-3 years ago I quit playing and managed to find work in the industry as a poker analyst. From there I met the guys at Adjarabet, fell in love with Georgia, and - long story short - ended up moving out here. I don't have any kind of ownership stake in the company.

With regards to Adjarabet, it is a well known brand in Georgia, both online and land-based. As I mentioned earlier, the website was launched back in the 90s as a sportsbook, but the modern offering with poker and other products has all been in the last two years. Poker in particular has grown very quickly and - I'll be honest - we do still have teething problems, and I suspect that will be especially true when it comes to accommodating international traffic. I'm hoping this thread will be useful on our end also in identifying any issues quickly so we can fix them.

Thanks

Care to also elaborate how you ended up on pokerscout, as from the previous answers you were nicely tucked in in your niche market and did not intend to be noticed by the "outside" world?

Also, you said that your not Georgian, so how´s the work there. Do you know Georgian or Russian , or does English or some other language work as well.

More questions to come. I hope its OK, because I really find it interesting. Was contemplating to mowing to Georgia a little while ago + the room seems on some angles in a similar position as Winamax in France.

I'm happy to answer to a point, but I'd prefer to keep questions relevant to Adjarabet. I think forum rules require that anyway as a site rep. There are people more qualified than me to write a guide to Georgia anyway

As to Pokerscout and how our listing there came about. We do have something of a niche market here, but not as a result of any active effort to deter foreign players. It was just that our initial focus was on our local market. As we've grown there is increasing interest in expanding internationally, and contacting Pokerscout to arrange our listing was part of that.

I speak neither Georgian nor Russian. That does make things a little difficult occasionally, but on the most part it's not a big deal as English is quite widely spoken here.

I can't comment on our similarities or lack thereof to Winamax.

I had issues with account creation. It told me to go back and fix parts of my registration, when I did so and tried to resubmit it told me that the account name already existed

I download the software, installed the newest adobe air, didn't work (unknown error). I then rebooted and tried again, same thing.

Finally I uninstalled adobe air and adjarabet3d, rebooted, reinstalled both programs, rebooted again, tried the program and:

ERROR: unknown error

It sure would be nice if the Adjarabet site rep had Private Messages enabled so that people could talk to him about such issues...........

Thanks for posting the detail, it helps a lot. That is not the user journey we aim for, to put it mildly.

We're aware of problems with the registration form which have popped up this week, and we're working hard to fix those. It sounds like you also encountered a separate problem with the download client though, and that one is new to me. I've sent this over to our technical team and I'll update here when I have some feedback.

As to PMs, it's up to the mods. I'm happy to respond in this thread to any general issues like the one above, but I can't comment on anything account specific.

Thank you sir.

I contacted one of the orange moderators here at 2+2 on your behalf and asked him to see if they could expedite you having PM capabilities. I hope it helps speed things along

No. We don't use agents, or even have an affiliate program. All deposits and withdrawals are directly through us.

For the DBG product (Flash and download) rake is 5% for all games. 2 GEL cap for HU, 6 GEL for the rest.

That should be on the website but it looks like it was dropped in a recent update. I'll get it added now.

To clarify - we use the weighted contributed method.

If I deposit from the cashier section on the website, do I need to put in the amount in EUR or GEL on the Skrill line?

Also, when I enter the amount, and click Transfer, it seems to do nothing. Or at least I cannot see anything happening.

You should enter the amount in GEL, but your Skrill account will be debited in EUR at the current exchange per the previous post.

As to the transfer button not responding, the only possible causes that come to mind are that you may have pop-ups disabled? Or you're using an unusual browser? I just tested it and it works okay for me in Chrome and IE.

If you're still having difficulties let me know. It looks like my PMs work now so you're welcome to contact me there if you prefer.

Ty!

Most likely because I forgot about blocking adds on Chrome, which has disabled pop-ups, although it usually gives a message. Anyway, will try again soon.

*

After I paused the chrome add-ons, everything worked nicely.

Only thing that occasionally happens, that´s not really an issue, is on the main website, when clicking through a certain string of pages in English mode, some of the text sometimes randomly appears in Georgian. I guess it´s to do with the language scripts, and as I said, not really an issue.

If I won a ticket, where can I actually see it with the tournament details?
Searched for it a while, but could not actually find it.

Good to hear that solved the issue, and thanks for the website feedback I'll let our guys know.

The Poker 3D client does not award tickets, rather we operate direct satellites to a specific tournament for which you'll be automatically registered. I do like the flexibility of tickets and it's something we'd like to introduce in future, but for now the client doesn't support them.

Note though that in most cases you can play satellites for an event you have already qualified for, and if you win a second time you will receive cash. Occasionally we restrict the ability to play in events you have already qualified for, but in that case you won't be able to register and you'll get a message in the client explaining why.

I think I actually asked the question in a wrong way.
It makes sense in a "smaller" room, that the seat is to a specific mtt and I would not hope to get tickets redeemable elsewhere.
Did not really pay any attention when the tourney was held. And there is a box that shows currently ongoing tournaments but at that time, when I was playing other tourneys and the satellite was already over, the registration did not come up there. So I assumed that the box was for ongoing, not for registered, mtt-s, but now, when I checked it, it has already shown up there, so everything is OK.

Edit:
Another question regarding live events satellites: The fields seems really small, so there should be some value in there, but I assume that those are for entries as well, so taking the cash instead of the ticket is not an option?

That's correct. Our live event sats don't always overlay, but this weekend is a pretty huge exception. There isn't a cash equivalent available though if you can't attend. You could in theory win a second ticket and receive cash for that, but with only two finals left in our current campaign it's not very likely.

I am unable to register, I keep getting the error "Registration failed. Please fix errors in registration form".

Don't know what the errors are, also the mobile number field is truncating all numbers after the 10th digit, and my complete number with ISD code is 13 digits(India), For the ID document number, I am entering my passport number starting with a alphabet.

I've had a few PMs on this also so I'll try to cover all registration issues here.

Firstly, apologies for the difficulties some of you have experienced. We're aware of the problems listed here and the dev team have been working to rectify them all week. We have a redesigned registration form in testing now, and assuming that tests okay it will be deployed tomorrow.

In the meantime, the form should work for the majority of users, but it does have some pretty big usability holes to overcome to get to that point.

With regards to phone and passport numbers, there is a 20 character limit and alphanumeric entries are okay for passports. In the case of both though, you must select your country from the drop down before entering, and you must leave the pre-filled + symbol where it is. Without the + symbol we check for Georgian number formats.

On the last page where we ask if you over 18 / 21, should those checkboxes be left empty the account will still create, but will be locked. Assuming you are over 18 / 21, be sure to check these - and if you're not, please don't register in the first place

The first page of the registration form checks that the username you have entered is available, and highlights red if it is not. In the vast majority of cases that works, but we have identified an issue with that field querying an incomplete username repository. If you're unlucky enough to choose a username that does not exist in that list we initially check, but has been registered, you will receive a 'user already exists' error on completion of the form. If that happens and everything else has been completed successfully, you can restart the registration process and try a different username as no account will have been created.

All of this will be fixed in the new registration form this week - thanks for the patience in the meantime.

I didn't enter any '.' or '-' in address this time, and got a new error, "Such user already exits", and no matter what username I try, I always get the same error.

.
Yes, Selected country first. After clicking Next, if I click Back, I always find that phone number field has truncated all digits after the 10th. For example, the number +919459536356 gets reduced to +919459536.

Did this too, I have tried quiet a couple of variations of username & passwords too.
