You can try complaining to the Kawnawake Gaming Commission but they don't have a good history in helping much. I've waited for over 2 months in the past to receive withdrawals and am also waiting for a small one now.

Kawnawake Gaming Commission worked for me. i was waiting for around a month, got in contact with them and then received my cashout 2 days later. Might be a coincidence, but definitely worth doing if you havent.

Ah I remember action poker.

I grinded 2nl or 4nl whatever the lowest was with a free pokersource $50. Built it up to $300 and then tried to cashout. Took over 2 months to receive $300. I never went back after that.

still have not recieved any money, and no reply to emails

This is purely my opinion but if it's any help Action poker are notoriously slow at paying out but they always get round to it at some point so you should get your payment. When? Could be anything from one week to 6months but hopefully not longer.

I would love to play there as the site is soooo soft but I can't afford to have cashout in limbo for months at a time.

I complained to live support today. I basically told them in a polite manner that "When I receive my $450 withdrawal I will commence depositing and playing on their site again. Meanwhile I will play elsewhere and inform my friends to do the same. Please pass this information on to your operations department and have a nice day".

I agree we will likely get paid eventually as has always been the case in the past, but its possible you will be paid before others if you complain enough.

However, I never think its wise to chat with players at the poker tables about it. If word gets out to everyone the site will simply go out of business and no one will ever receive their funds.

And don't inform the DOJ like some moron in this forum apparently did in the past.
