Well , you see every form of orginized and systematic data has to be placed in order.The order is defined by the characteristics of the particular data.

It's understandable that if you made a payout request today , tomorrow they will process with withdrawals from let's say previous week or 2 weeks,your withdrawal request is processed in their system and the person who is in service for these payouts to be processed sees that , but he wont transfer you the money.
I have no idea whatsoever how their systems arrange the payouts for each week or day ,but it's freakin obvious that they will process first the old withdrawals before the latest , but if they check out that an old withdrawal is lets say for 1500$ and one that is 3-4 days subsequent and it is for 700$ , which you think they will process first ?
I know that you might think they will go on with the later payout for 700$ which is logical , but we cant give exact answer about how they're system works.
So that is basically what doing payouts on ballots means and also that when they are done with the ballots for the day , they can't proceed with more.
They turn on the graphic system that shows automatically which payouts have to be transfered for the day and if they are 30 , they will proceed with them.
And here is another little think - when you contact their uncompetent in most cases live support team , you ask where is my money , they say to you we will contact operations to urge them to proceed with your payout sooner.
Of course this is in most cases never done - so you have to buzz operations with direct letters and then may be you will get your money sooner.
So basically what they are able to do is to put your name with your payout below it in their system somewhere in the top 10 or 20 payouts for today or for the next day , and that will eventually make your money arrive sooner.
They used to do this may be 2 years ago , now it's just a delusion to think this might happen so often.But the thing is that you can be one of those which might receive money sooner than expected by having them placing your payout request in today's ballots that they should proceed with
But you know that in the damn universe these good things wont happen to you so often , so take my advice and write them some letters directly.
