That's a sure way to have the site shut down and **** us all from getting our money back. How about asking the forum members here before you start whistle blowing!? WTF

The more I think about this, the more pissed off I get!

Moderators, this guy should be banned for doing this!

Contacting the DOJ goes against everything this thread, this site and the entire online poker community in general stands for!

We are all trying to get our money off this site and warn others to do the same...now our chances of successfully doing this are drastically lessened thanks to the actions of this member!

yo, thanks for the feedback!

Re: Action Poker: my money is stuck with you

Wow
Talking about complaints - contacting the DOJ really made me think for a sec.
On one hand i dont think if they gonna take a look at our little issue with the little network , that they will start scrambling around so fast.
It would take a while , but i can't say that this is a good or a bad idea.
Interesting move if was done seriously , we'll see what happens , but i am concerned also about the money of the players.
I wonder also what would happen to that guy sakura9999 with his big bankroll if the feds somehow react so fast out of the ordinary lol.
Anyway i would be curious to hear if DOJ gonna contact this guy back in someway which i think is not so likely to happen and of course it would be nice to see your comments on the issue.

Re: Action Poker: my money is stuck with you

First, we must agree on taking action (lol) is better than nothing at all. You may have your reasons to play there but should you continue to support an insolvent company? Even after your cashout arrives you still continue your play there.

To the DOJ I did NOT suggest they close the network. I only described to them what the situation is and are they interested. I explained the most about Betonline. To shut down the operation is what I expect the end result to be. Don't you see shades of Full Tilt Poker here?

I didn't talk about any money issues in my correspondence. This is about a network no longer in compliance with the UIGEA. I could have contacted KGC but what will they do? They didn't help to get your guys money any faster.

I would never do anything to screw you guys or get myself banned. I simply hate what they are doing and don't want to see them get away with it. I wish more people would help us.

If the DOJ fails to act, I don't know who else will care. We could talk to Norwegian authorities maybe, where Playsafe group is based in. Obviously you can see they are criminal-like since Ben Johansen created a "Hero Poker Network" that doesn't really exist.

Sorry to upset anyone. You know if the DOJ steps in they do not want your money for themselves.

This time I'll wait for the promissed withdrawal time (up to 5 days with Moneybookers) and then send complains to everybody.

I've just received the money ($3000 through MoneyBookers). I didn't talk to anybody, just wait and I got the money within those 48h-72h bussines days.

I'm very pleased. I guess they are solving their problems.

Bravo! Well done PayNoRake

Historically, when US authorities step in and shut down a site, players get paid little if anything. See BetonSports and BetEd for example. Having US authorities shut Action Poker or Betonline is definitely not in the interest of players with money on Action or Betonline.

And lol at the implication that it's better to shoot yourself in the foot than do nothing.

Re: Action Poker: my money is stuck with you

I just sent today (10th October) another withdrawal request. They have a maximum limit of ($8000+$Deposited) per month, and a $3000 maximum per week. I comply with both limits.

I'll update with any new info.

October 13th and I just got the money! ($2500 MoneyBookers). I made a total of succesful $8500 of withdrawals in a 30 days period (I made a $500 deposit in the middle)

My last 2 withdrawals went very fast without any delays.
Definetly the network solved their problems, and it's growing fast.

I'm very happy now.

Re: Action Poker: my money is stuck with you

been waiting 18 days for a cash out to moneybookers, longest ive ever waited for a moneybookers cash out on other sites is 5 days. Ive been in touch with support 6 times now and they say the same thing every time, "we will urgently get in touch with the operations department and pass on your message"...

i have not heard back once.

Why would you deposit $500 with a 100k balance?

Re: Action Poker: my money is stuck with you

I guess they are having problems again with the withdrawals.

I made a $1500 withdrawal request with MoneyBookers the day 15th November, and still no money. 9 days waiting so far.

I will update when I get the money.
