so someone report my account got hack . and PS sent me an email ask me to take a photo me holding my ID . so i did .
and they ask for my number and time to pick up they call .
may i ask what would they ask and do they speak vietnamese cause my english just suck and broken any best way to done this ? by an email or i have to wait for a call and answer some question

they just open my account . and i playing like 1 hours . and i get routine security check , and they just frozen again and i just email them . and they answer is login back again , and then i login this happend . really what should i do . my english just really really bad
