why is a portion of the email clipped out of this post, seems like some pertinent info there

Actually, that was how I recieved the email.

After the transfers I played ~25k hands of 50 and 100z and ~5k hands of 100nl 6max.

I asked them just that, but just received some generic email as a response basically saying they cannot disclose the account info of other players. At this point it really just seems my ban is the result of lazy support staff.

I agree. It appears that Stars wants the full $3811.

Op, were these 1-1 swaps or were you getting a deal that might have seemed a "little too good to be true".

sorry to be self indulgent/ focused here, but I am building up quite a balance of T$ which currently I have no intention of selling but at some point I am likely to want to trade/sell.

do i potentially risk something similar to this if i do a trade from 2+2 and the guy turns out to be rogue etc?
