I have been booted REPEATEDLY while in the middle of hands with decent amounts of $$ committed, including once where there was a fair amount in and I flop a set and boom! booted. Is 888 doing anything to remedy this situation or to compensate for it? This has cost me a small fortune in the past week and is a real turn off from the site.

Sorry but you will need to email support all the details ie what device your using - game ID etc so they can take a look at your issues.

OK 888rep, so I finally got around to calling today and was just on the phone for nearly 40 minutes with support and no resolution.

They want to "find out what's going on, on their end..."

That's unacceptable. They've verified my hand history of having met the requirements of the 30 raked hands daily for god knows how many days and yet they won't give me my owed free roll tickets until they figure out why I haven't been getting them.

She told me it usually takes them at least 24 hours to get back to me and to go through this, yet she could only give me 1 as a "goodwill gesture". Well I'm owed double digit tickets to the 10K free roll. Not cool.

I asked why I couldn't even just get 2 so that I can play today and Sunday figuring they're never going to get this resolved in time for tomorrow and that the free rolls are over January 7th?

She repeated, sorry, can only give 1 as a "goodwill gesture."

This is your promotion, why is it unreasonable I get what's owed to me under it?

Let alone all the free rolls I already missed out on playing that I can never get back the chance on?

I'll tell you what, I'm cashing out ASAP and never will I deposit on this site, whether they resolve this in timely matter or not.

I'm a 2/5 cash player live and play $100 to $400 entry tourney's on the regular. I've held off on making any big deposits before bugs are worked out of the software on all the sites and also because I liked 888 and there just aren't any big games or tourney's worth buying into yet. I was hoping the player pools and traffic would pickup here for the cash games and increase the payouts in the tourney's.

But at this point, nah this is bunk. You really expect me to deposit a G plus on this site after something like a simple free roll ticket mishap is not immediately taken care of and I'm told to pound salt?

Verified my hands, can see I've only played the original tickets given and my most recent 2 for the 5 MTT's and still won't just send me what's owed til they see why your software isn't working.

Absolutely ridiculous.

Hell, I played over 30 raked hands of cash this morning! Told her this and she still wouldn't even send me that ticket!

And these are free rolls. They go on no matter how many tickets are sent out. They go on and are paid out no matter how many runners jump in on any given night. What is the problem sending them to me?

Oh just for the record again, the 2 I recently got for playing the 5 MTT's, I had to go through literally an hour and change of back and forth and waiting with chat support to even get as well. They were not automatically credited to my account either. He was the one who told me I had to call to get the cash hands verified.

Well I received an email response and they basically told me I'm beat and to always be in an area with strong wifi signal. I LIVE IN ONE OF THE MOST POPULATED AREAS OF NJ, there's 7 or 8 Wifi Signals being picked up by my computer at any given time. Ridiculous.

i am having the same problem. Support told me the same thing. on my Mac the wifi picks up at least 5 different signals every time. granted only 2 have 4 bars but still the others have 1 2 or 3 bars. also what is extremely frustrating is that when you go on geo location websites it says i am in New jersey… I have order a Wifi extender that plugs into my mac. when i get it i will tell you if it works or not . should take 3-4 days to ship

You know the funniest part? Say I was full of it and scamming... what would you have really been losing 888? One additional free roll ticket for tonight, for a free roll that will run and that you will pay out all guaranteed monies whether if I personally play or not?

I get doing do diligence.

I get not taking my word for it and giving me a ton of tickets without proper and completely thorough verification.

But supposedly the rep I spoke to on the phone said they saw I had a number of days where I should have received tickets and yet saw I didn't, or at least didn't play them. There are only so many days left to play said tickets anyway and it's not like I can double dip. I mean what would I be scamming?

Why does 888 need to know what's going on, on their end before simply appeasing the customer to what they are rightfully owed by 888's own promotion when they've already checked, confirmed and admitted I haven't been given was supposed to be?

Amazing really.

So now I walk with $300+ of your free money, with no chance for your conglomerate to ever recoup your money through rake again cause you guys were a complete sack of dicks about a free promotion you verified I qualified for yet wouldn't give me cause you had to understand the technical issues first?

Awful customer service.

This is the main issue and why I'm out. How can you possibly expect someone to deposit large amounts of their income with small issues such as this, being handled in this manner?

Type of stuff I expect from the Taj and their affiliates, not Caesar's and the others.

This whole thing is never going to be good for the customer until Stars is un-blackballed.
