I've had some other issues resolved but this is just silly stupid...

My email I had initially registered with was not getting any 888 emails, which i told support about numerous times. I finally contacted them to just change it since they insisted it was me and not them.. whatever cool. So I see that there is a winter promo with rakeback and I call to ask them to resend the email because my old email didn't work.. I've now been on hold 5 different times and finally told that it had to be escalated to a supervisor. Itmight end up getting it in "48 hours" but I won't hold my breath. I'm not seeing why this would be so difficult.. Resend email, easy game.

Same here. The 888 rep told me to make a "quick" phone call. Still waiting for my email.

So frustrating as this only runs until 1/7. I have stopped playing on 888 until I get the email.

I hope email support is mistaken and you're correct, because if the offer is now only for first time depositors...well IMO locking your existing customers out of the promotion because they already deposited is a pretty BS thing to do.

I had a $1 tourney ticket left that was to expire last night, so at about 9 p.m. I went to the first buck tourney available, but the tourney ticket didn't work. I checked my account and it said it had expired ... at 7:39 p.m. Guess the crew there left early for the holidays and canceled tickets before they turned the lights out? I'd assumed the ticket was good until midnight since all the other promotions seem to run from midnight to midnight.

What they told you is wrong, they just don't even know whats going on because I had to explain their own promotion to them lol. It says right on the promo webpage that those who already deposited need to activate the promo via a email invitation.

I'm not sure which 888poker your using but that used to be because some players were on an older version of the poker software.

same happened to me a week ago. went to live chat help and she gave me a new tik.

there is a 5 min break now, after 8 attempts to log back in I'm down 20k chips and that hand I guess it folded me.

1. i promise it was less than 2 minutes. live chat on 888 has been the most helpful customer service out of all the nj sites by far. although its only open from 6pm to 12a(?)

2. i get what is owed/promised to me. if you dont then you're a sucker and a push over.

3. those tickets sometimes magically turned into 20$ tickets. i know b/c ive used 5 of them on 20$ sng's. though im sure you didnt even bother to check your $1 tickets to find that out ... being the right and honorable ship it holla boy that im sure you are.

888 rep this really needs to be fixed. I think borg/party lets you finish the hand b4 booting you on wifi location verification. Let us finish the hand AT LEAST before booting us. Ive been booted before deep into a mtt in a critical spot and then costing me 5+ minutes before i was magically recognized to still be in NJ. Super tilting.

Is there a way to change the setting where when you click on a tournament/cash game for the lobby to remain open and not minimize? This happens on both 888 and wsop and is very annoying. If this could be fixed it would be a huge help.
