Im perplexed about the Spring Fever spinning event however. I was playing everyday and when I spun I received an email saying I didn't qualify unless I made a deposit. So why allow me to spin everyday if I cannot keep the awards? Anyone else receive such an email?

i skimmed through the tos and bonus policy, but i didn't catch anything regarding a deposit being necessary. i certainly could have missed it, though. the link is below for sf, and tos and bonus policy links are on the page. do some reading. if possible, make a minimum deposit and be done with it. otherwise, i guess ask the rep here; or email support.

It's quite odd, as I have made deposits in the past. Seems due to making an withdrawal recently they might be punishing me?

It's disappointing for sure, I've been on the site on and off for years.

Hi Johnny,
This is the US thread specially for US based players. You need to post in our other support thread that you have been previously posting in as these US promotions have nothing to do with the ROW players.

I swear, 888 support doesn't read their emails. Was sent a security token number even though I hadn't tried to log in for a few days, so I assumed somebody was trying to hack my account. I sent them an email asking about it, explaining that I hadn't tried to log in, but got the token, etc., and they send back some bull**** form email explaining what a security token is used for. "I hope that successfully answered your query."

Read the ****ing email before you send a ****ing reply.

That's not what the quote says, in fact that promotion text is very misleading.

I was away in the US for a few months so I couldn't play. I try to log on now and it tells me to download new software. Since I am in Canada, am I now downloading the 888 poker canada software?

888Rep, I am getting a "server down" message regularly when trying to look at my tournament tickets. Would you let the appropriate people know of the issue?

Haven't played much lately, but last night played a $5 tourney to get the spring freeroll tickets. Saw on my phone that I also got a spin for something, clicked it, nothing came up, then I tried again it said that I'd already used up my spin. Maybe I got something and just don't know? Don't see any extra tourney tickets or anything. Is there a way to check this?

check the casino - you probably have $5 freeplay or something like that. also, check to see if your poker balance is higher. one of the prizes is a $5 hot bonus. you got something. you just have to find it now.

Thanks. I didn't know my exact balance before that. I'll check the casino.

I have a $10 tourney ticket expiring tomorrow at 10am. If I register for a tourney before 10am, that starts later in the day, will it unregister me at 10am, or let me play the tourney?

I used to have this problem all the time. Tried different browsers, etc. Finally got it to work when I turned off wifi and used regular data connection. Don't know why it works, but works every time. I turn off my wifi on my phone, do the spin, then turn it back on when I'm done. Give it a try
