I just talked to my VIP guy at 888, so 888 been raking 50cent per player on jackpot tables when the hands go to showdown, and refund the money if there's no showdown. These tables are buggy, and they are planning on fixing it next quarter, while they steal more more from players.

Bugs include rake taken from you when you're sitting out,
rake taken from you when you waiting to post the blind when its not your blind yet,
rake taken from you when they're no showndown.
I would guess this would add up to thousands of dollars lost in jackpot rake for myself. God knows how much money for everyone else?

here is the email they send me. they have yet credit me with the $200 yet.

"Thank you for your email , please find below the email which I sent you yesterday the 2nd Feb 2012, confirming that we have credited you with $200, also please note that the compensation was a once off and to avoid this issue in the future we suggest not playing the jackpot tables with the auto post jackpot button selected, otherwise completely skip these games untill the issue is resolved.

"Thank you for your email , our technical department has reviewed the issue and they have now added $200 to your bankroll as compensation for the error.

I would like to thank you for taking the time out to advise us of the issue and we apologise for the inconvenience caused, kindly note that this issue is due to be resolved in the 2nd quarter of this year only and I suggest not using the automatic post on the jackpot tables untill then.

how about shutting down these tables till you stop stealing from your customers you greedy fing pigs. I cant and wont be able to confirmed which hand they raked me or didnt rake me. All i know is if i dont have the autopost jackpot on, i get 5x the amount of jackpot rake refund then when i usually have it autoposted.

So they told me they will pay me a one off $200 credit, which i havent receive yet, but what about the other thousands of hands for everyone else including myself?

I noticed that many hands you guys didnt return the jackpot ante EVEN WHEN THEY"RE NO SHOWDOWN! which i noticed when i have the autopost off, i get a refund 5x as much......!!@@!!@@!@!@@!@! please have your programmer go back and refund all the money you stolen from me.

These bugs are very hard to notice when you're mulitabling until you notice the rake is raping you. Its hard to spot for majority of players because there regular rake is already high compare to most sites, most player dont read jackpot rules on 888 as its very hard to access .

They're making a killing off of these games when they're raking 2bb pots 2.5% unbeatable at low limits where 95% of these tables are played.they have a live counter of the jackpot, im not sure where most of our stolen money are going.

The live jackpot counter update slower then it realky should.

They're using our stolen money to bloat up the jackpot to get them more rake,jackpot at 100k now, usually more players play those tables when its big. Win, win for them...

13 $0.50/$1 NL tables going. Usually when the jackpot resets at 5k, there's like 1 or 2 table going. These games are unbeatable with the disgusting regular rake+ jackpot rake,add the fact they rake pretty much every hands that sees the flop.

Wow that they are just letting the tables continue whilst they steal money from players who don't notice.

Anyone know if there is a way to alert someone reviewing Nevada licensing since they are joining with Caesar's and applying for a license right now? That could really speed up this getting fixed and I am sure Caesar's would push hard as they would not want to be associated as crooks as they try to become the dominant player in the US market.

These bugs been going on for a long time, we dont even know if all the stolen rake are going to the jackpot. They have a live jackpot counter. Sometimes it updates too slow my taste tbh.
