A couple of weeks ago basically the same thing happened to me. From one day to the other I couldn't log into the poker software anymore. The software told me I've been blocked. Support confirmed this but couldn't (or wouldn't) give me an explanation except for "management decision". It took the poker management almost two weeks to reply to my inquiries. I asked them why I was banned and what is going to happen to my remaining player points? I wasn’t given any explanation by them though but they converted all player points, which I’ve haven’t had spent yet for 35% rate. Playing their RB tournaments they would’ve been worth about 60-70%. I knew a discussion was pointless from the affiliate through I registered on the site. (The site stopped paying the affiliate pretty much from one day of the other).
The cashout through Bitcoin was fast and I got all my money except for the low exchange rate of my player points. Regular support also replied reasonable fast and I believe them that they don’t know much about these "management decisions".
Personally I believe the management wants to get rid of winning players who cash out regularly. This would also explain why they have removed tables higher than NL200. I don’t really know how they can afford to ban players having the small player pool they do, (1-6 no limit tables running at the most all stakes combined), but I guess management always knows best…
