If a mod could change the thread title to say its resolved that'd be good.

I think he used an online translator. I was in tears too after reading that.

Also, who would name a site Dollaropoker? Name resembles a Columbian money laundering operation.

get a lawyer, fly to Romania, rape them, etc...

you need a lawyer. wat if the site was not gambling? wat if it was mail order brides? a lawyer will konw how to deal w/ international scamming better than 2+2

its an uphill battle though, since the yare not based in w/e country you are from.

Long story short I have spoken to multiple people, been given the run around and only managed to withdraw 6,000 euros in 6 months. I've been told conflicting information about how to cash out from different people and now I am just ignored thru email and skype support.

I have even been blocked by some of their support team on skype (skype is the only way you can speak to anyone).

Is there any sort of protocol in getting this money back?

Thanks,

Re: 40,000euros stolen by dollaropoker.com

The problem is that this web site is unhautorised by any legal entity, so nobody can assure the software is regular.
Administrators can see the cards? Can they choose the cards? The boards?Who can proove this never happened??
The truth is that in Italy a small group of persons is growing rich thanks to this unauthorised site...it's sick. It's about two years....
You must ask to a lawyer to help all these players to be refunded ( it will be hard... ) .You'll be an Hero.

Ok,

It is really me and i also thought at first that the general manager name was funny and i almost fell off my chair laughing when i just saw what undoubtedly must be his picture))))

But i have also heard that the name is correct and that the situation has been resolved and i am confident that nextgenneo will post that in the near future,

Ed

Re: 40,000euros stolen by dollaropoker.com

A friend of mine recently had his account deleted at the mentioned site. Reason? He won too much. I find it unbelievable but it's true.

He got in the site with a few hundred euros and made $20k euros in a few months. He was already having problems with cashout limits, and lately the site cancelled his account and gave him his money back because "he won more than the normal"..

Re: 40,000euros stolen by dollaropoker.com

Its true, the management wont allow good players on, because the rest of the field is sooo weak. They have deals with some good players who give around 50% of their profits back to the company for them to be allowed to play there.

In other words, steer clear of this site whatever you do!!
