After being Supernova for more than 5 years I have lost it in an incredibly frustrating manner. On march 31st I go to log in with only 240vpps needed to maintain my status. Unfortunately my RSA token expired when the 30th became the 31st so I was unable to log in. It is quite frustrating to have a full day taken away from me with no warning when I had less than an hour worth of play to maintain my status. My email explaining the situation to vip club fell on deaf ears. Ive always felt stars to have excellent customer support but after giving nearly 100% of my business to them for 6 years and losing supernova in such a manner is disappointing to say the least.

you don't need the RSA token for a one time log-in so that's no excuse really.
also when mine expired stars called me and walked me trough the steps(to remove the expired rsa token so I didn't need the one time log-in anymore) within like 30mins after I emailed them

I havent had my one time passwords for some time. I should have requested a phone call that day but wasnt thinking clearly(broke my leg the day before...excuses) and in my past experience it would not have happened that fast anyway. I still have hope that stars will do the right thing.

ty second time, became last year without pain as well playing 100-200 plo, although a total of two months not playing.
i think it was made in 1.1M hands this time, 1050h maybe, cut down on tables once i went up to midstakes in jan, 4zoom+8reg/deep/5c . averaging a bit lower though i think and i did a lot of hours w less tables while watching stuff and so on.
wasnt hard at all doing it in this time span, been doing a lot of stuff +living w gf and got a dog, obv a bit more grind than usual =)

will probably end up at 1.5M given a lot of travelling, more chilling and game improvement+probably more sessions w less tables, time will tell
