one thing - this board was NEVER being re-dealt as A exposed his cards thinking hand was over, the only choice was misdeal or Bs hand is dead (or below), and I have stated I am in favor of Bs hand being dead.
However, one idea for a ruling I stated was never touched on is that B can only be in for $10 from each and the AI and call are a side pot - this I would consider but may not feel great about it, I would like to hear what people think about this one.
It seems to me it sets up an incentive for the player to remain silent if he would otherwise fold (or reluctantly call]
