I would not spread any of these games. Zero.

A. Pot Limit Omaha with a small, capped buy in. $1/2 blinds and around a $60-$200 buy in. No straddles allowed.
Requires a very deep player base to sustain, because the advantage to skilled players is massive. Weak players go broke fast, which is great for the local sharks (who don't care if your room succeeds) but is terrible for a sustainable poker economy (which you *must* care about if you want to run a successful room).
High maintenance, slow pace, low profit, and only survives by cannibalizing your more profitable games. Usually offered as an act of desperation -- or simple ignorance -- by unskilled management.

C. $4/$8 Mixed Game or Dealer's Choice

D. 6-Max No Limit Hold 'Em
An internet-players' fantasy, unsustainable in a live context. 90%+ of live players simply will not play this short unless forced, and will move to competing rooms or quit playing in the long run. Secondly, simply keeping tables filled requires a deep player base and an automated move system (which is viable for internet poker, but not at all for live rooms). Again, not happening.
