mix games are 7 handed, some of times it will be short handed. lets say we win 5 hands per hour, so now you are going to win $8-10 less per hour. A good player is going to beat 10-20 for maybee $15 hour (if you can beat it for more probably be playing bigger).
So now you've cut your winrate from $15 hour to maybe $5 hour. But sure thats not a big difference at it.
Here's another way to look at it. Lets say i play 2500 hours a year and conservatively win 4 hands per hour. your meaningless rake difference is only $20,000 a year.
I can assure you that increasing the rake by even $1 in games 5x this size makes a big difference.
