What are the top south american / central american poker venues? Reasonable rake and no shenanigans a must.


Casino Rio in Medellin Colombia is my offering. They spread 5k/10k (1.6/3.33 usd) w/ $133 usd min buy in and max $6 usd rake. The action was okay but not great in the holdem the 2-3 times I played. Dealers are mostly pretty sexy. Also juicy PLO game same blinds but $700 usd min buy in usually (seems to be up to the table?).

The casinos in Lima have terrible rake 5% uncapped I think but otherwise were pretty decent in every other way.
