I've accounted for health expenses in living expenses, and left out taxes for simplicity--the amount varies greatly from place to place. I have no idea what it's like in Australia, where I believe OP said he is from. As far as I know it's like UK and no taxes on gambling winnings.
But anyway, plan for taxes if they apply, obviously. You can estimate them and put them under living expenses.
