Ok So heres the deal.

I'm a pro live player for many years and recently started playing on these electronic tables a year ago.

My win rates skyrocketed in the first 3 months then plummeted since to the point of my first losing year in a very long time.

I have heard from other live pros that they experienced similar results but I do know some players that are running well with them.

I'm wondering what you guys think so lets have a realistic discussion about them.

On a serious note, just what are you saying? Are you saying the games are rigged? That there is a timer on them where after 3 months, they make sure you start losing?

If these are the case, the internet forum has a containment thread for people complaining the RNG is rigged. The reason is that the pure accusation of them being rigged isn't realistic.

The realistic discussion is about your game not keeping up with the times. You need to post in the Beginner's or LLSNL forums for help in that area.

Ummmm did I say they are rigged ? wtf lol

No I said let's have a serious discussion about these electronic tables and live poker.

After playing on them for a year my findings are that you must adjust your game. It's a combination of live and online and its a super hybrid because of several factors.

1. Players react differently because the money isn't touched or felt and is electronically displayed.

That requires that you can't make the same moves as you can with chips and cards.

2. You have a very short time to make decisions.

That makes players react differently the live cards and chips.

3. The algos used are never going to be truly random from my small sample size of approx. 100,000 hands I have seen some pretty "co incidental" combinations.

I have personally seen 3 Royal Flushes in that year and that is waaaaay out of line for that size.

I can't ever prove this but my guess is that the algo is not completely random but from what I have seen it also doesn't favor one player over another but rather spreads out the numbers.

Overall I have had bad experiences with these tables BUT that being said I would love to hear from players or adjustments that are beating them.

Cheers
