I wouldn't rule out the possibility of collusion, though I doubt it. Both players were just random pick-ups at a party and didn't really know each other. A few times in the tournament they had come close to eliminating one another. It was fairly obvious that neither one liked me, which is why they wouldn't agree to a chop, and that they didn't want me to place first or make out in a deal. So collusion, probably not; stubbornness and dislike, yes. I just found it funny that their reason for NOT chopping was, "that's not poker," but that they wanted the game to end as soon as possible, when chopping would've accomplished that.
