Another good turnout for the mixed game. Thanks to [removed] for showing up. We have been having a fair amount of requests to increase the frequency of the mixed games. Every two weeks seems to be the consensus pick. But we havent decided when the next game will be. Again thanks to everyone who showed up! Stay tuned!

Alright guys. The next mixed game will be April 1. We will be spreading hold em, pineapple, omaha, omaha8, big o, stud, stud8, razz, 2-7 td, and badugi.

following the april 1st game we will try to increase the frequency of the games to every two weeks. ive been receieving a lot of interest to increase the frequency. i hope to see you guys there. april 1st. 6pm

Just a heads up, the mixed game is tonight (April 1) at the Luxor. 6p-2a $2-$4 limit $2 rake and maybe 4-8 $3 rake (if we can get enough people). All players receive $3/hr comps.

Games: Holdem, omaha, omaha 8, stud, stud 8, razz, badugi, badacey, big o, and pineapple.

Hopefully we'll see you there!

we try to start a 4-8 game everytime, just hasnt been enough interest to hold a 2-4 and 4-8. i am confident though if we keep this going we will eventually have a 2-4 and a 4-8 game consistently.

During that time I'm sure there's couple places spreading mix games, not as low as 2/4 but there will be lots of mixed games everywhere during the series

This is awesome! I love the effort to grow the number of different games at low limit. I ran a weekly a Friday night game ( no rake ) with a similar line-up (no Badugi, added Crazy Pineapple ). Folks loved it! The 2 most popular games were 7 card stud 8 or better and Omaha hi-lo.

Keep up the great work & poker may stary growing again.

2/4 with a full kill is the solution to this problem. It's really the reason kill games were invented

Limit Omaha Hi? Do people really play that?

I played 9/18 mixed at Aria, and the variant they had was Double Board Omaha Hi. There's a preflop betting round, then the dealer deals two flops. Betting round, two turns. Betting round two rivers. The pot is split among the winner of the high board and the winner of the low board. Obviously the objective is to scoop both boards.

Glad you're getting the game going. If you're still running in June when I'm in Vegas I will definitely attend.

You obviously haven't heard about Boulder Station if you're shocked about "Limit Omaha Hi only" in the mix
