Yes, it's EXTREMELY frustrating. It boggles the mind how dealers and even managers (even after much internal discussions) don't know the very BASIC poker rules yet they are working in the poker room. Can you imagine taking a bus and the driver says that he can't drive?

Button in seat 7, seat 8 and 9 are both new to the table. Dealer lets seat 8 buy the button and deals in both seat 8 and seat 9. Next hand dealer makes 9 pay the SB and 10 pay the BB. I tried to explain for a little bit but it's $1 and seat 10 didn't even realize he was paying the BB twice in 3 hands.

The same bad dealer I mentioned above did a burn and turn in a 6-way pot before even two players acted. THIS time he picked the wrong table bec I was playing the 0E game and 08 players can be grouchy. He got yelled at and F-bombed. I've resolved to never say a thing to him, just lol inside when he goofs.
