1) High hands are the most common and 'best' since it's good for regs and potentially to draw in additional players. This may have some mixed feelings from regs since the type of play can change. You get 'instant' gratification as well.
2) Free rolls are nice, but weekly? Who can really spend 3 days in a casino, including Sunday? Regs for sure, but it would probably be better to do a monthly/quarterly freeroll than a weekly ... Can you accumulate the hours over longer than 'each' week? Are you required to play in the 'next' freeroll, or is it just a ticket into 'any' freeroll?
3) BBJs are always nice, but keep it low at AAAJJ 'losing' unless your room has a tremendous amount of traffic. Maybe do a mini and major (for quads v quads). The more often it hits, the better.
4) Royal/straight flush/quad promos are nice as well. Start them at 12 AM so that night regs have a shot at the left overs from 'days' and get to start fresh during their playing time. Start them all out at $25 and add $25 per day until hit. If they get hit then they drop back down to $25 the next day.
5) Splash pots or perhaps a random table is picked for a 'high card'/flip to get a ticket into your freeroll tournament.
6) Pizza/Taco night ... food is always accepted. GL
