Dealing jobs are not what they used to be. You can still make decent money, but unless you are day 1 at a new place, getting ft can be difficult/impossible depending on the area of the country you're in.
GL.
All of this. I've never seen/heard of online dealing school, but most places experience is not as important as the fact that you can actually deal well. You will need to pass an audition and generally be better than your competition. All things talent being equal, experience will help.
My advice to you: Get good at dealing to where you don't screw up at all. Generally if you screw up in an audition you can forget it cuz there's 10 others that won't. Figure out where you want to call home and start chatting up the staff while you play there. Find out who does the auditions/hiring. Get in good with them so they know who you are when it comes time they have an opening.
Did I mention to make sure you can deal? They don't want to have to train anyone in poker. Sometimes you may even have to start with dealing blackjack and carnival games in the pit and work your way to poker.
