I concur as will many. You don't exist playing 2/5. Floor are total snobs, and give you disgusted looks when you go to the back tiny office for a comp.

I don't know how long you're going to Vegas for but, I wouldn't want my time to be spent at Circus Circus.

Re: WSOP cash games question

i played some 2/5 in the pavillion and in the rio poker room last year. and i liked it enough that i'm staying at the rio for another week this year. the lowest stakes games they have are 1/3 with a 300 max. in the poker room, they rake an extra buck for the royal flush jackpots and whatever. the pavillion is where you'll get a constant turnover of players from the tournaments and such. you usually know right when they sit down if they just busted in a tourney and they usually pick bad spots to get their chips in and walk away empty-handed and even more pissed.

a $5 rake is higher than average and i don't love it, but the action you get from so many players trying to constantly outplay each other might make it worth it. i'll give a better review at the end of this june

Just forget you ever even heard about Circus Circus. I really don't know how you linked that place with MGM and Bellagio.

MGM $1-$2 buy in $300.00 max rake 10%/ $4 max no drop

Belagio $1-$2 buy in $200.00 max rake 10%/ $4 max no drop

Circus Circus $1-$2 buy in $200.00 max rake 10%/$3 max $1 drop on $10 $1 on $30
Obviously don't play at Circus Circus. I wouldn't recommend Bellagio for 1-2 because the room is kind of uncomfortable. I haven't played at MGM, but I have heard it is a good room for low stakes. Why wouldn't you play at Venetian?

Re: WSOP cash games question

The major reason to not grind 1/2 at Bellagio other than once for the "I played at Bellagio" feeling, is because you will be on the wait-list forever. There is no reason at all to play Downtown or even go there for more than 1-2 hours to just see it for the first time. Golden Nugget would be the place to play if you disobey me, and their 1-2 is uncapped, but their chairs are miserable.

Good point . . . I am short and it feels like my chin is resting on the table

Re: WSOP cash games question

If you open up your Bravo Poker Live App (available on Android and iPhone) the WSOP cash games are now listed separately from the Rio cash games.
