Played mostly 10/20, and I have to say that this LAPC was definitely more well behaved than previous years. Obv you can't change the random slowrolling / nitrolling from the occational douchebag. I have pretty thick skin and don't really get into a lot of problems in general thou, so my experience is usually smooth. Pretty much the only time I was playing with tool bags was one night during the week at like 5am when 10/20 wasnt running I went to play 5/10 and there were 2 guys that were berating the dealers from stupidly small mistakes just because they were stuck.
One thing I will like to take the time to call out thou during this LAPC: Young asian player with a hoodie named Adam Hsu. Seemed like a nice kid, my roommate and I had a little small talk with him over non-poker related stuff. Seemed like he had some manners. Apparently not... He would buy in for $600 at $10/$20, sit down and play til he gets his stack around $1k-1.5k. As soon as he got there, he went to get a table change. Would rack up his chips, and make sure $600 is in a rack and the rest in his hoodie pocket, then move over to the new table with just the $600. The first time I watched this happened I was a little confused, but didn't say anything because he was moving from my table to another. About 2 hours later he came back to my table with $600, and already I'm thinking wtf!?! I went to ask the floorman (XXXXXXXXXX, nut low floorman working those games. Basically need to tip him every time to do anything in his job description) and he said that you are able to buyin for the minimum each time you move to another table as long as your not coming back to the same table within some time limit. *Insert exploding head .gif* I counted during one of my sessions this kid moving 6 times between 5 different $10/20 tables. Pretty much one of the dirtiest things I've seen in all my years going to LAPC.
Other than that, I think cash games were a bit smoother this year. I guess all the ******s are going bust
