for the past couple of days I have been trying to back up my files to the website but I get an error message:

"Application error. An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. Please try again in a few moments. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details"

I can still sign on to the website. Does anyone else get this message?

I emailed support yesterday and today I emailed their facebook page. Ill update if I get a response.

they usually take a couple days to answer sometimes. You can try to message them on their Facebook page also

I was expecting an iTunes confirmation before it charged me C$13.55 for looking at Poker Income Pro, but it's been worth it for me. I now have much better info of my live results instead of just "feel." Instead of overestimating my profits like in previous years, I can see which game I'm losing the most and adjust my strategies. I have done the backup online.

I have been using Session Logger for several years with thousands of hours tracked. However I just purchased PokerIncomePro before even trying it because I've grown so tired of the ads and functionality of Session Logger.

Anything I should know before switching over? What's the best way to input my old data? Can I do it online or do I have to manually add it all under completed sessions in the app? Thanks for the help.

does any one knows how to add multiple currencies or if there is any other way around it as i am travelling to s.e asia and its hard to do all the conversion and also the transaction fee etc

i know its an old thread but hoping someone can help. I am import my data into poker income from poker journal (switched from ios to android), i followed the instructions exported to CSV and copy and pasted the whole file but to no avail. can anyone shed some light?

You can't save it as a tab separated file but assuming you didn't, the best way I get answers from them is by messaging them on their facebook page or emailing them at support@pokerincome.com (I would do both).

They usually respond within a day or two.

so an update a week later, no response after two emails and two facebook messages i was forced to call google to get my $ refunded. Anybody out there use an app that can import data?

I have heard RunGood can easily import Poker Journal data. NOt sure if they have android version....

let me know...

I'm looking for a replacement for Poker Journal as I fear it will finally die with IOS11. OH well ... all good things eventually come to an end right?
