fwiw, noone seemed to object the 1 dollar side pot including the dealer, i guess it'll be much a bigger scene if it happened during a tournament play

At the Seneca properties the main pot must reach $20 for the Bad Beat to be in play. That guy getting dealt in with $1 could potentially cost the table a jackpot...
