Isn't it actually our duty to speak up if we feel a dealer error is being made? I don't even think it's a personal choice, more an obligation, imo.

it is your duty to speak up. but will you do it if it means the money moves from the live one on your right to a tight player for a large amount that likely you would have gotten a big slice of.
they are your opponents you know.
but i agree it is the correct thing to do.
