Doesn't always include special series' etc but it seems pretty complete otherwise.
A general comment about these tournaments is that the rake is very high. I'm used to paying 10-12% max tournament rake/fees, but the norm seems to be 20% or more.
Re: Best place on the strip Vegas for low buy in tournaments? $50 - $200
Yeah you'll expect to pay 25% or more pretty much anywhere.
Aria has a good daily $125 tournament. $97 goes into the prize pool. They get about 6-7 tables iirc, probably more this time of year.
Bellagio also has a good $125 daily (again, $97 into prize pool) that is quite a bit smaller than the Aria's.
The best deal is the Venetian, where the rake is generally much smaller. Right now (during WSOP) they run a deepstack series, so their daily tournaments are in the evening. I believe they have a great $150 that runs at 7pm, and another good one at 10pm. Their rake is usually much more reasonable, in the 15% range.
The Rio (during WSOP) has a pretty good $200-ish tournament daily that attracts huge crowds, it's also worth playing although the rake is high on this one as well.

http://www.thepokeratlas.com/city/las-vegas/228/ appears to have a pretty detailed list of all tournaments within the following week (it updates constantly to always show the week following when you access the page). This is especially valuable this time of year when the WSOP (and the deepstacks at Venetian) are changing up and adding to the normal tournament schedules.

If your willing to go off strip, The Orleans has great tournaments in the $150 range that tends to have GREAT turn out. Its a quick 5 minute cab ride from the strip, right up Tropicana
Re: Best place on the strip Vegas for low buy in tournaments? $50 - $200
when venetian doesnt have deep stack going on their dailys are great and usually have a solid number of runners. Right now with the series the rio is a great option as many have said. Not sure how Caesar's dailys are running these days but they had great structures awhile back and had decent number of runners.
