Re: Am I first here?

Looks like it's going to be a while before things get back to normal, though.

yeah but like sheep, we will flock back to our normal routine of fold pre, protect your hand, pics or GTFO, and other 2+2 phrases.

Re: Am I first here?

Glad to see it running again. I think random people on the street have gotten tired of having me ask them if they had any weird floor rulings to ask about.

Anyone from Wa play at Northern Lights last night?

Was just curious if anyone from 2+2 was playing the 1/3 game last night? It was my first time there, and haven't played in quite a while... you can probably guess who I was. I was there from about 7:30 to 10:30.

PSA: Tunica.

Wanted to cross-post this for visibility. Mods, lock if not allowed.

Not sure if anyone's been following this, but there is a report of someone impersonating a police officer and pulling people over+shooting them in the vicinity of Tunica.

Edit - Don't pull over without making sure it's a real police officer by calling 911 or wait to pull off in a very well lit/busy area.

Why do people insist on being douchebags at the table?

Small daily tournament at the local room. Never seen villain before and haven't played any hands with villain to date.

Villain raises 3x and I call.

Flop A93 rainbow. Villain checks, I check.
Turn K. Villain checks, I check.
River 6, Villain bets about 1.5x pot and I call.

Villain says nice hand and holds his cards like he is going to muck. I obv wait to see his tabled hand and after about 5 seconds he turns over A9.

Well played sir.

try getting threatened because you called with a straight draw and cracking some1's KK, lmao.

the exact words " try playing like that at my game and you wont be driving home"

wtf is wrong with people?

I played at the Beau Rovage (or whatever it's called in MS) it played like a 2/5 game. It actually helped my game when I came back one to normal 1/2 games.
