Trouble putting in long sessions when I am winning

Hi
Came back to poker this year after an 8 year break. Currently swimming in the 2nl zoom pool so the actual amount of cash I am dealing with is not a factor.
After 25k hands or so I regularly win sessions and I believe I am beating the game. However when I am up I find it hard to play for more than 500 hands and often quit after 200 or so so I can bank my winnings and admire my graph for the day. All my 1000+ hands sessions are losing sessions.
The psychological problems seems to be that if I can't beat 2nl then I must really suck at poker. Obviously when I am running hot it would be very +EV to keep playing.
How do people grind out 4/5 hour sessions and not worry about the results?
My long term goals are to be good enough to play 25z or 50z recreationally and make a bit of side money for treats.

This could be a motivation problem for you. If your long term goal is to play 25 or 50 zoom then I would also create short term goals and work on achieving them each day. Identify the strengths and weaknesses in your game then work on improving the weakest points. Remember that the best predictor of long term success is learning and improving each day.

Think of your whole career as one long session.

That's weird, dude. I usually become greedy and wanna have a massif chip stack. Then leave after a sick bad beat slightly down lol
