The poker quote that helped me the most with poker was from my friends dad after I lost a few thousand in a cash game that I was playing in regularly. He basically said "don't worry about it, its all just one big game". From that point forward, I've never been to worried about individual sessions or individual wins or losses from those sessions. Its all one big game, make enough good decisions and eventually you'll leave the game a big winner.
