my advice is very very good but im insane. So i give people good advice and then don't capitalize on it. how can i stop being insane and capitalize on my great advice. I feel like the giving tree.

Use the shift key to help with your capitalizing. Don't over-compensate by using the CapsLock key. It is all about moderation.

You just have a gap between your thoughts and your actions. This is about as common a part of the human condition as having shoulders.

The way most people deal with this is to just ignore it, or at the least just not dwell on it. This is a highly effective strategy that I heartily recommend.

A second method that works is just recognizing that your thoughts aren't the only thing that goes into taking an action and even your thoughts can compete with each other. Someone might think to themselves that they ought quit smoking and still want a cigarette. Someone might think "making one more joke pretending to misunderstand a post probably isn't worth it and one about capitalization isn't even clever" and still make the joke. Someone might do some math about how much money they'd have in 28 years if they gave up purchasing a cup of joe on the way to work each day and know it ain't going to happen because life without coffee isn't worth living.

A third strategy would be cultivating a sense of pride in following one's own advice to make taking action have more immediate worth can also work as a strategy. This one is a pain in the butt though.

OP I feel you man. It's like... I know how people play... I put them on the correct range of hands... and I still make the opposite decision. I don't know if it's a confidence issue or I just don't trust my instincts but it's really frustrating.
