Spend some time on (a) exercise, (b) on expanding your social circle and (c) on finding a job. This should keep you busy, and lead you to a more desirable state.

Secondly, change your thought processes. Thinking that you're lazy and unmotivated will only placebo the problem further. Placebo away from this and believe that you're smart, confident and ambitious.

Finally, start today. The secret to success is a sense of urgency. Don't wait until tomorrow or the next day. Start immediately. This will also contribute to your self-efficacy and the positive placebo beliefs I described above.

Reality is not inherently one way (difficult) or another (easy). It is what you believe it to be, so long as you learn to take full accountability for your actions and decisions - and stop externalizing the problems that come up.

I've been having the same problem, 'buzzed' all day, don't know if i'm tired, happy, sad, etc. My memory is all f'd up and I can't concentrate on anything.
Hopefully it goes away soon.
