seek professional help. if you've taken drugs for your ADD in the past and then stopped, it is possible that your dopamine levels are low - especially if you were taking them for a long time.

Being happy is like a big check list or a cooking recipe.

You keep checking off items, or get all the "ingredients".

Once you have everything on the list. You will be happy.

A job and money is one of the most important things in life. Specifically a job that he enjoys. Obv, a high paying job that has too much stress, too many hours, ****ty coworkers is not good.

Sometimes you can't have that enjoyable job right away. Work towards it. Eye on the prize. It's like people who grinded penny tables for $1 per hour and now grinding nl200+.

I don't have a job or a car. Im 31 years old. I have an associates degree and a spotty work history in which I have bounced from job to job. I was diagnosed with ADD almost a year ago and was prescribed a drug for it but when it ran out I no longer had the resources to continue taking it.

Yeah you sound a bit on the depressed side. Maybe you should make some small changes...like going to the gym first, talk with some friends and see if you can pick up a little work on the side.

Smoking weed several times a day, but not much during each session is a remarkable anti-depressant.

Makes me ever more lazy than before though.
