Im not sure what to make of this
I listened to it and found it ok ..played a small session and did not tilt.
Ive now played 5 small sessions and have yet to tilt although that may have more to do with running good.
I now actually listen to the recording DURING sessions and find it calms me down and could even possibly be slowing down my mindset which gives logic a chance to kick in when making decisions.
The acid test will come when i play a longer session and i dont run so well ... if i can keep a good mindset during those sessions then i would have to admit that this actually works !
