I now have it ready and available but have a message out with the Mods as don't want to be banned for putting my website on the forum.

I've tried to get info regarding putting it on the commercial market place but haven't heard anything back yet. I'm hoping it will be resolved in the next day or so.

I struggle with anxiety problems, in life and in poker, especially before my poker sessions. My anxiety's been getting worse lately so I decided to give this a shot. I've listened to the MP3 a few times now (before starting my sessions), and I found it quite helpful. It calms me down when I'm feeling stressed or anxious, I really do feel more relaxed after listening to it.

I'll continue listening to it since it's been helpful for me so far. I'd definitely recommend it to people who have poker related anxiety/stress, it's worth a try. It's kind of like meditating, it puts you in a more relaxed state of mind.

Hi Elliot, hi everyone

I have used hypnosis in the past (both live sessions with a hypnotherapist and self-hypnosis using audio tracks) for some issues I was having with stress which was getting so bad at one point that I wasn't eating well. Hypnosis was the only thing that got me over this stress.

So I already knew about the benefits of hypnosis when I saw Elliot's request for people to test his poker hypnosis track. I have been playing online poker for about 8 years, and although I am a winning player, I have recently been having some tilt issues which have been affecting my winrate and also negatively affecting my enjoyment of the game.

I play on a site with lots of fish. This is obviously a good thing, but the variance from the bad beats is high, and so a strong mental game is essential to avoid going on tilt.

I have been using Elliot's MP3 for about 2 weeks now, and I have been much more mellow in my attitude at the table. The fish are still sucking out on me obviously, but I seem to be handling it much better and not dwelling on it for too long. I feel more focused at the tables, and am folding more when it is obvious I am beat.

I'd recommend Elliot's poker hypnosis track to anyone reading this who has tilt issues or other problems in their mental game.
