Youtube is a good place to start. My favourite is Jon Kabat-Zinn, aka the pioneer of mindfulness. But you can't go wrong with checking out some on youtube to figure what you like.
Yep, this is good stuff and helpful. (youtube) The key imho, is to persevere and be patient for it takes at least 4-5 weeks of regular practice before you will start seeing the shift and notice any difference.
