Player A has 8d2c
Player B has 6c6s and is first to act
Blinds are $1/$2 and effective stacks are $50
Player A misraises on the button to $4
Player B raises to $10
Player A calls

Flop: 5h6d7d Player B checks Player A bets $12 Player B calls

Turn: Kc Player B bets $28, putting Player A all in Player A calls

River: 4s Player A wins $100

Now while this is a terrible, weak play, it could be supposed that (if playing an unstable/emotional player) could force Player B to tilt, therefore making this extremely +ev for the rest of the session... The 4 out of 5 times Player A misses the river could also give him the image of a total fish, which could be used to his advantage as well... Thoughts?

This isn't giving you the image of a total fish. This is being a total fish. You're asking whether playing -EV can be used to your advantage. Why not just beat that player with good, solid play and hope he tilts that way? Donating 25BB to a fish 80% of the time to appear fishy is a big investment compared to the reward. Fish are playing you because they already think they're solid and you're a donk.
