I don't agree with your statement about people who drink coffee are weak. That makes no sense to me.
i dont accept adhd as an illness, they told me i have it since i was 12,
my mum was a nurse and denied to give me amphetamine-tabs(ritalin,adderall).
i played basketball on highest level in my country being 4th best center of my age group,
i dropped out of school, sold and used drugs, partied a lot,
got into psychiatry twice, made 4 month in the french foreign-legion....
today i am 27 have a good job and a gf and wouldnt have any regrets if i die tomorrow.
no way i would have such a full-filled life if i were an attention-zombie,
like those poor kids, thank you mum, i love you.
friend of mine was diagnosted too, didnt take pills, studied and became teacher for english and sport,
is happy and has 100% job guarantee for the rest of his life.
just live your life how its meant to be,dont do drugs with 12 or 8 or whatever,
thats just lol how ******ed parents in the usa became, lazy bestards, drunken pills-muncher.
erm,....anyway,
the coffee part was fun, but true to some extent, i just have a coffee in the morning before work, thats were i am weak, coffee is like sugar, first helps then you are lower (focus etc.) then before, i just dont.
ofc its okay if you have a routine of a coffee each 2 hours or so,
but still...green tea and extra pee-bottles are better,
