Awareness Awareness

After every session, or even during a session I am almost always aware of the mistakes I have made. Obviously, having an awareness of my mistakes is better than being clueless and just thinking I am unlucky. However, I do not know how to benefit from this awareness. I have written down affirmations that I try to review every 30 min or so during my cash games sessions. Yet, mistakes are still going to happen because I can not possibly remind myself of all the little things to do or not to do. So what I really want to know it what is the next step past awareness.

Specifically, here are some areas than CAN be leaks, but not always:

P-atience/Tilt control
-Playing tight in EP
-Not being hyperagressive or gamblng with small edges (reducing variance)

Actually, all of these and more are pyschological because once I get even a little bit impatient or irritated these mistakes start to happen. I am aware of it and yet I still do it. So what good is my awareness if I don't do anything about it? I would almost be better off thinking I am doing everything right and just running bad. Then I wouldnt beat myself up.

So any thoughts on how to use my awareness to minmize mistakes would be helpul. Thanks.

2. Not the worst leaks to be concerned, although good leaks to
Be aware of and work on
3. Congrats your human and not superman. Being human is cool
And less responsibility(for those who favor this)
4. Its gambling. People are impulsive in life and in gambling;
Lots of pressure, you want to do well in a field where a person
Could easily end up addicted and gambling with next months rent
5. Patience is a virtue

All of the best players I know beat themselves up over mistakes. If you are tilted take a walk.

As for not being able to play better or do every little thing correctly, to my mind this is at best a nod to reality and at worst a self fulfilling prophecy.
