Anyone ever run this bad?!?!

Just got back from an 5 hour grind at the Hard Rock and you would not believe the bad beats I took tonight. This can't be normal, I'm still hoping I wake up from a dream and this isn't real life.

Playing 2-5 NL...I will list some of the beats I took today

1. 2nd hand I sit down I get dealt aces, lady to the right of me raises. I 3 bet, she 4 bet shoves all in, I snap. She shows Kings vs my Aces.

Flop: Q-2-4 Rainbow. I tell dealer "don't do it to me"
Turn: King
River: Jack

I lose.

2. I'm dealt JJ UTG, I raise and shorty comes over the top with a 3 bet all in. I call and he shows 8-8.

Flop: 8-4-K
Turn: Blank
River: Blank

I lose to a 2 outter once again.

I slowly grind some money back that I lost...then

3. Im dealt KK in the SB. Guy raises, I 3 bet big and he shoves all in. I snap call....he shows me 88. I told the table it's definitely coming, guy in the big blind tells me no way I folded an 8.

Flop: 8-7-7 He flops a boat.
Turn: Blank
River: Blank

By this time, I'm in disbelief and questioning everything in life. It's like the earth was titled on its axis to make me lose today.

I rebuy one more time and try to maintain composure. It's not like I was playing bad, I was getting it in good every single time.

Final hand...

I get dealt K-9dd, I raise and guy flats.

Flop: Kh-5d-Jd. I bet, he raises, I call.
Turn: Q-s giving me top pair with diamond draw and gut shot straight.
He's short so I put him all in, he calls.
River: 2s. I miss everything and flip over top pair with my king and missed draws, he shows pocket 5's and scoops the pot.

This one isn't really a bad beat but it just shows how bad I was running tonight.

This is really screwing with my Psyche, has anyone ever had nights like this? Getting 2 outted and 1 outted numerous times in one night just can't be normal. I'm starting to question if pokers even real anymore.

Re: Anyone ever run this bad?!?!

It sounds more of an issue with your bankroll as opposed to bad beats.

Re: Anyone ever run this bad?!?!

I ran like that for three months. 1 to 4 outters on the river. 80%- 99% favorite all the time getting beat. Money in good getting beat. Idiots doing exactly what you want them to do by getting their money in extremely bad (often with no justification for a call at all) and still get beat. Makes me want to quite sometimes.

Honestly I ran really well for a while. But I if I need to "get lucky" on the river I'm probably not playing my best.

Re: Anyone ever run this bad?!?!

Flipside thankyou for this! It is very reassuring to know i'm not the only one. I have had the same feelings and same luck.
If you wanna know how stupid i am, i started reasearching folding pocket kings when the only villain is someone who is so drunk he keeps passing out at the table but goes all in pre every hand. (the guy hit 4 of a kind on me 3 times in 2 hours)
I really thought i had major leaks and need to learn how to play better. LOL

Why are you complaining? You should be happy. You won. You got your money in good.

The fact that you did not physically gather the pots is irrelevant. Learn that.
