I emailed support last night but still have no answer. I was playing the final table 3-handed of the 10PM Daily $150 (and leading in chips) when the site crashed. How much will I receive for my time and effort?

Wanted to verify what the rep said above.

I had several hundred $$ in limbo, but it's been credited back to my account.

The propper thing to do is to pay you the value of your chips relative to the prize money left. IE if you had 50% of the chips in play pay you 50% of the remaining prize pool.

I didn't get any money back, unless it was the $2.20 entry -- hard to say since they don't have a tool for players to track tournament winnings. The largest chunk of the $150 guaranteed money was to be earned by the final 3, obviously. They had already paid from 17th down to 4th place, so if I only get my entry fee back, I'll be pretty upset.

Actually, this tournament was a $250 Guarantee. Not sure why I keep saying it was less.
06-12-2017 , 05:16 PM
Support emailed me back just now saying they have deposited $53 in my account. That's probably a 3-way split of the remaining prize money, but can't be sure. I'll see when I log I tonight if it's really there.

Still waiting for money issues to be corrected.

I made the final table of a tournament after multiple hours of play.

Players who where knocked out prior to the crash received their payouts - I however have received nothing due to the crash.

The correct course is to either chop the final table prize pool among the final players either evenly or by chip stack.

I will not be depositing anymore money onto this website until this has been rectified.

Hi mallin,

Our understanding was that all players accounts had been credited and that tournaments have been credited in the way you have described above.

Can you confirm that this has occurred and that your account has been restored.

If not, can you please send us a PM with your username, registered email address and the tournament you are referring to and we will personally follow this up for you.

Thanks

I did in fact receive the $53 last night. This resolved all my major issues with this situation, other than I was in good shape to win the tournament.when the site crashed

I signed up for the $500 flops freeroll but didn't end up playing it. I logged on about 2 hours after it started to play a session, but what kept happening was a blank table kept loading (I'm assuming it was the table I was on before I blinded out) because the tournament was still going.

The problem was the top part of the lobby was covered "grey." I couldn't click on things like tournament, sit and gos, or cash game options. I could click however on the bottom part of the lobby, so I could still buy into tables that were far enough down on the lobby. I played a session, and everything else was fine. But even if I wanted to switch from my default setting (I filter by seats and cash games) I couldn't have.

I tried closing everything, restarting my comp, all of that. Anyone else have this happen to them?

In the early hours of 6.12.17 like 2am or so the servers went down and messed stuff up as you know. I was playing in the OWC Daily Gold coin winners challenge $500 Guaranteed. It was down to me and someone else around 1:15 am ET i believe when my opponent went all in for around 60k and i called with around 160k. I won the hand and it said the tourney was ending and the message came up that i had finished in 1st which had a prize of $155.95. I am wondering if i will receive these winnings as i did not stay on to make sure my account was credited because i just went to bed right after i won. I woke up in the morning and hopped on the site and my account was still not credited. Just wondering if you are still work on this and when you think the issue will be resolved.

It has been over 24 hours since i submitted an inquiry to the matter of receiving the winnings of the Gold Coins Winners Challenge that started at 10pm ET on 6.11.17. What is going on? I read on 2+2 forum that you believed all tourney places had been paid. Yet we finished that tourney before the site went down and i have yet to receive the payout of the place i finished in. A reply would be greatly appreciated. I just want to know what is going on. The tourney finished and it said i had won 1st place and the payout should have been 155.95 but this amount has not been credited to my account. It is now 72 hours since the incident has occurred and my emails have been ignored for over 24 hours and some longer. Please get back with me.

I have made several email requests to global support and have not received a reply. I am now reaching out on 2+2 where i see someone from global poker responding once and awhile. Please get back with me about this issue.

Anyone have a glitch on the night of the 11th? I finished 8th in a tournament and did not have my winnings dispersed. I have sent 2 emails and a FB message to Global about it and have not heard anything. Anyone have the same issue and have any luck getting your money/hearing back from them?

Hi EllasDad,

As per the thread there was a small issue that night which has since been resolved.

All players in tournaments have had their funds paid out to them.

In saying that, if you feel that this has not happened with you please send a PM and we will look into this for you.

If you are unable to PM just send an email to support@globalpoker.com and ATT it to Kimber

Thanks.

Just clicked call on a river decision and it activated my time bank as if I was still making a decision. After that happened I tried to refresh real quick to see if it would pop up my options to call/fold again but now the client won't even load. Great.

Everything froze for me, so I closed all my windows. I opened up the Global page, and I noticed I was logged out, so I logged in again. When I click on "play poker," the site starts to load and then just stops.

did you get your money back?
06-15-2017 , 03:29 AM
Yup all tables froze and no tables opening from the lobby. Seems to be exact same thing that happened the other night. DDOS maybe?
06-15-2017 , 03:30 AM
Glad I wasn't playing my usual Sit N Go while this happened. I hope this problem resolves itself within a few minutes.

It should come back to you. They made it right last time this happened the other day

Sweet, big river decision and I won't know if I was even able to have made the call or not. Run horribly all day then this happens towards the end of the session. Beautiful.
