Website Down? Website Down?

I can sit at a new table but my balance doesn't have my chips from tables that crashed. Looks like everyone else has this problem, too.
06-12-2017 , 02:20 AM
The money I had at tables hasn't returned to my roll either.
06-12-2017 , 02:20 AM
Im sure its just a glitch.
06-12-2017 , 02:21 AM
yeah same here, wtf is this bs.
06-12-2017 , 02:22 AM
Maybe the tables are locked w/stacks to let the hands play out or return the funds from the pot? Whatever. Fix your ish, Global.

Guess it's back to Ignition for me.
*Sigh*

Lurker here first post.

Had money on multiple cash tables. Was disconnected and funds still not returned to balance. Hopefully will resolve itself once they fix whatever server issue is going on.

Also was kicked from sit n go during this time.

Came back for 20 mins then crashed again. Same issues. Balances hung in limbo.
06-12-2017 , 02:51 AM
I was able to play some heads up cash and game ran smooth. I was using balance that was not on the previously mentioned cash tables. When I left the table my balance was credited.

Still waiting on cash table balance from over 1 hour ago to return to my account.

I too am still waitng for previous funds to retunr into my bank account from two other tables.
06-12-2017 , 03:58 AM
Has anyone gotten their money back yet? Its been 3 hours and mine has still not been returned. Was on 6 tables and none of that money is in my account.

I am getting worried that this may have been a bigger issue then we think. my funds havent came back from 2 separate tables about 2 hours ago when they crashed. I looked at my hand histories, and they are showing up there that i was playing. I fear that they may have to handle each account manually.

What time did the site crash? I could have sworn it was 1030 but the hand histroy shows my last hand being played at 11ish.

No luck here either. I can't seem to find the hands in my HH. Hope they have really good logs and can recover.
06-12-2017 , 04:11 AM
They crashed roughly 2:03AM EST they also crashed about an hour previously doing the same thing. The time at 2AM though after you left your table the money didnt reappear after the site re opend

I am unable to find my hands either. Hopefully this is resolved soon. Thankfully I did not have a huge amount on the tables. I'm sure many others are in worse situations.
06-12-2017 , 04:28 AM
Maybe a new thread about the lost funds instead of website being down?

My money hasnt been returned to me either... It's been about 4-5 hours since the website crash too....

I'd just sit tight until a rep from global is around. They will get it figured out for you I am sure. They are probably aware of the situation by now and usually seem to be pretty quick about addressing us on this site.

Yeah, It's been 3 hours and the money is still not there. I wont lose any sleep over it, but I want it back obv.

Someone else had the idea to start a new thread about this issue so that a Global employee might respond to this situation.

At 11pm PST Global started lagging badly and soon after killed the tables and left players with a message that read

"This table has been closed , sorry for the inconvenience"

When the site came back mine and other players accounts were lacking the sweepscash that was on the tables that they were playing before the site crash. Global has been back up for hours but the funds are still missing from my account. Could a global employee please advise myself and other players what to do since you do not have a phone number and have not yet responded by email.

FYI, it happened to me in a cpl of tournaments several months back. The money was refunded several hours later.

Sure, I don't think you're being unreasonable. I am just saying not to worry as of yet. If they don't refund you guys it will be very bad for them. I personally would never play on that site again and I am sure lots of others who frequent this sub thread wont. It won't be a good look for them.

With that being said, they have went out of their way so far to be fair to everyone as far as I can tell so I am nearly certain you guys will get your money back.
