Tables closing? Tables closing?

5 of my 6 tables just closed on me (there was even a pop up saying that "sorry but the tables are closing")

Why???

Same here. I suspect some sort or emergency maintenance was needed.

Why did all my (and everyone elses) tables get closed without warning? lost a bit of money from that.

Same here. Then there was a message on the right side of the screen when tables began to open back up: "Item found: Geekatron. Be nice to geeks, you could be folding to one." (my best recollection as to what was said.

Ha! You might well think you've been hacked, but that's actually a normal message everyone gets when they play a certain amount on the site. It unlocked the geek avatar for you.

All of my tables also closed without warning and my account balance wasn't accurate afterwards. The software missed the last hands being played at most of the tables before it froze. I had won a big pot on one table that never got accounted for when the site came back up.

Just happened again, this time only 1 of my 6 tables closed.

What the **** is going on, and why can't support come in this thread and respond? There's 0 reason why a Global rep can't post/read all "10ish" threads per day....it literally takes less then 20 minutes.

Just happened to me again, 2 of 6.

With the disconnects, tables closing, and lag....I think it's safe to call Global the new Ignition.

This has been happening the last 2 days, what is going on? And what's with all the disconnects? It seems like each hand there's at least 1 player is disconnected.

Hi guys, thanks for sharing this info. Let me have a chat to our back office tech guys and see what information I can find out.

Can you please either do one of the following when having disconnect issues:

1) Send me a PM with the date, time, your username and description of issue
2) Take a screenhot and send via email to support@globalpoker.com.au and put ATT: Tech in the subject line. Please also include the information listed above.

Yeah i just crashed also - it took about 4 or 5 mins for my sweeps $ to be back in my account balance, but it did get put back in

We are still working on this issue for you.

Can I please ask when you send the information requested above can you please also let us know whether you are opening the tables in new tabs or in new windows?

Im in pro mode, separate window for each table. I had 5 of 6 tables close on me at one time. I kept playing the 6th window for a couple of hours. It then shut down on me also. each window showed the apology msg that "this table has been closed. sorry for the inconvenience"

I'm done playing on this site for the moment as I remember how tilted I got on Ignition when this happened. Not trying to disconnect in a few hundred dollar pot on a consistent basis. Please make an announcement when this issue is fixed and I'll be back to donate. Also playing in pro mode fwiw.
