What about a Rakeback program? This is a must to compete with other sites.
The hand challenges are basically the only promotions. Would like to see some more perks

Probably not a must to compete for other sites in the US. Bovada was probably the biggest poker site in the US (at least top 2) and had less rewards than Global offers. Sure I'd love to see them bring in some rakeback program, but I also like that the site isn't completely "reg" friendly.

I quit playing in their ring games because of no rakeback.

When you can get 30% at all other pokerrooms why would You play where you get none??

I feel rakeback shouldn't be offered to keep regs and grinder lower. But it would be nice to add a point system that can be use for.a store so fish don't feel like they are losing for nothing.

Same here. I'm back to playing on the site where I get rake back for most of my volume and just an occasional session on Global

Because their winrate - (rake-rakeback) is greater here than at other sites? Or because they enjoy it more, or have concerns about legality at other sites, or have difficulty with deposit options elsewhere, or any of a number of reasons. Rakeback alone should rarely be the sole determining factor in where you play.
