Since this isn't popping up all over this forum, I am assuming this is just happening to me, but I thought I'd put it out there in case someone else has seen it. In the past, I had no problems with deposits and withdrawals...things were actually eerily smooth.

I havent played in several weeks, and I tried depositing a few times this week and I keep getting some sort of error window in the Paypal site. Something like, "Apache tomcat" or some kind of error is happening. It's probably happened 3 or 4 times, and I've tried it on various days. Anyone else seen this?

I have seen that in the past, not sure what thread.

Apache Tomcat issues are found in their server logs and has nothing to do with you/your computer. FWIW, I was just able to get through to the PayPal on my end with no issues. I do know someone that has been trying to do make a deposit several times going back a couple of months.

Hi guys,

Just to clarify there are no options to deposit funds onto Global Poker. You can only purchase gold coins.

If you are having an issue making a purchase please take a screenshot of the problem and send to support@globalpoker.com explaining the situation so they can assist you further.

Thanks!

That helps resolve the issue.

It sounds like a 500 error message. Couldn't a tech just take a look at the logs to see if they can spot it on their end?

Those errors are rarely on your end. It was mentioned to me by a tech geek that one reason could be that the network isn't recognizing that you are still logged in when you get the re-direct, like if you were using a Tor or private browser or your anti-virus permission settings is not allowing your info to flow through the re-direct.

For some very general information on it...

We have a tech head that works on our system and he relayed the info to me, just passing it along.
