Okay i didn't wanna take it this far but since global will not respond to emails and messages to mods

i sent for a cashout over 4 days ago it wouldn't go thur i canceled and re did and again been pending "approval" over 2 days sent messages to here and mods on 2+2.

its never taken this long before, most time is approved in under 3 hours
why is it not approved yet?

please help me why is cashout not "approved" most times gets approved in under 3 hours its been over 4 days of trying and its never been like this before.

right when they released this site they were on top of responding and helping and making sure everything works fast and good service but past few weeks there slacking

no cashout should be waiting for them to click approve for 4days +

Small team of people and they have grown quickly. You've posted this issue like four times on this board. Others have gotten paid so something is up with your account. They paid me $1,500 that I requested on the 18th this morning into my paypal.

If people would stop requesting such small payouts all the time they wouldn't get so backed up.

wellll they will not reply or fix this issue so untill its fixed i will keep posting

whats funny is all they have to does is click approve its not hard yet they havent for 4+ days and wont respond to emails what kind of support is that?

support is suppose to fix issues and to do that there suppose to respond to there customers yet they haven't

Not sure then...are u using your email addy that your global account is registered with? R u sending new emails as opposed to just replying to a previous message they sent you?

yeah its ****ing frustrating no one ****ing responds. now ive sent more then 6 emails pm'ed mods everything and yet my "cashout" is pending almost 5 days they havent just clicked approved

Dude you have no chill at all. It's not 5 days. You cancelled after 2 days the first time you requested. Getting this mad over your payout for peanuts.

i have been sending emails for over 5 days yes. IWish u don't know what has or hasn't happened.

secondly they normally approve the cashout in 1-3 hours most time 5 hours max from said cashout not days and days and days let alone days of not responding to emails and i know other people are having problems too with the same thing so im trying to get to the bottom of it not just for me but for others, so before ur quick to act like u know everything and or judge think again and if u dont have anything worth being said dont say anything at all

could be a number of things

I have not received any conformation to my payout request from yesterday either - I have always received the approval within 2 or 3 hours then have always received payment within 24 hrs.
My last payout request was last Saturday (apr. 22) evening and it was approved in 2 hrs. and received payment on Sunday night about 11 pm.

You just made a cash out YESTERDAY and you're freaking out about a new one immediately after?? LOL. It is the weekend too. They probably don't have as much staff working. Do you all realize this site has the fastest cash outs of any poker site in history so far? Still think it's gonna get shut down within a few months, but the freaking out over a couple days is hilarious.

Just stating that this never happened before in more than 10 previous successful withdrawals from Global Poker - NOT FREAKING OUT-- Way ahead of game there!!!

But they also bring on these questions when they -All Of A Sudden Disappear From The Forum- leaving a bunch of unanswered question about their support!!! Tell me that is not Strange!!

How big was your last cash out request compared to the previous ones? I have a feeling bigger requests will take longer.
